Reading Habits Tag

Hello friends! Today I’m back with the Reading Habits Tag created by Cornerfolds.

Do you have a certain place at home for reading?

Nothing special, just my bed. It’s the most convenient place to read.

Bookmark or a random piece of paper?

I love bookmarks, and I have a ton of them, but I still honestly just use what’s closest to me the first time I need a place keeper.

Can you stop reading anytime you want or do you have to stop reading at a certain page, chapter, part, etc.?

I stop reading whenever. Since I have to find time to read at random points of my day, I’m used to leaving off in the middle of a chapter or even paragraph.

Do you eat or drink while reading?

Sometimes, yeah. It’s usually hard to hold a book and a cup of hot chocolate at the same time, but if I’m reading on my phone I’ll usually snack on something.

Can you read while listening to music or watching TV?

Definitely not while watching TV, although I don’t watch TV that often in general. I can read while listening to upbeat instrumental music and I usually do because it helps to have that white noise. But I can’t focus if something it talking or singing in the background.

One book at a time or several at once?

I have a bad habit of reading like 184 books at the same time and getting halfway through them and starting new books because what is an attention span and staying organized??

Reading at home or elsewhere?

I read whenever I have time so anywhere is fine with me!

Reading out loud or silently in your head?

I don’t read out loud because it usually ends up hurting my voice to speak for so long.

Do you read ahead or skip pages?

Never! I’d get too confused from skipping around like that.

Breaking the spine or keeping it new?

I try my best to keep it new, but I’m reckless so I usually break it. Oops.
