Finished Reading in April 2020

It may not look like it from my April Wrap-Up At a Glance here, but last month was tough for reading. I kept starting books and putting them back down because I simply couldn’t get into anything. Doing the Stay Home Reading Rush and the Social Distancing Reading Bingo have both given me some structure in my reading schedule. But as I got closer to the end of the month, that kind of fell off because I felt like I just didn’t know what to pick up next. Sounds like a problem for me to fix this month…

Blog Wrap-Up of April 2020

I’m back to blogging folks! And boy do I have a ton of reviews, shouting, and tags to catch up on. Since I really came back near the end of the month, there isn’t too much to list, but here’s a recap of the posts published in April.

Anticipated Releases April 2020

Most Anticipated Releases of April 2020

It’s getting harder to keep track of what’s coming out when now that release dates are getting shuffled around, but I found four books whose April releases I was really excited for. Trying to get my hands on a copy of each soon!

#StayHomeReadingRush: What I’m Reading!

An emergency Reading Rush to get my reading (and hopefully) my schedule back on track? Sign me up! Here’s what I’ll (fingers crossed) be reading during these four days.

Well, it certainly wasn’t as bad as I expected it to go… I didn’t complete the Stay Home Reading Rush, but I did pretty darn well. Come see what I managed to finish in four days.

Seven Reasons You Should Read Her Royal Highness

7 Reasons You Should Read Her Royal Highness

Her Royal Highness is everything you’d want and more in a royal YA romance with an f/f pairing. I’ve narrowed it down to seven main reasons why you should put it on your TBR!

January, February, and March 2020 Wrap-Up: Catching up on what I read during my multi-month hiatus and a peek as what's to come

January, February, & March 2020 Reading Wrap-Up

I’ve been gone from blogging for a while, but I’ve been reading a ton! Now that I’m back, I thought I’d catch you all up on what I’ve been reading in 2020.

Personal Wrap-Up of April 2020

April was such a weird month for reading. I picked up so many books and lost focus after the first chapter or two. When this happens, it’s always an “it’s not you, it’s me” problem, so this isn’t the month to judge any of the books I marked as “currently reading” then quietly put back on the TBR. Hopefully I figure out how to kick this soon.

Another month of quarantine, too! My state (Pennsylvania) is lessening restrictions in certain counties, and even though mine isn’t one of them,  I’m scared for how that’s going to go. I’m scared for how the whole country is handling this right now, but I’m trying not to put too much energy into it.

How did your April go? Has time lost all it’s meaning yet, or is that just me?

About Ben

I’m a 23-year-old trying to finish a college degree and find the time to talk about books and the world. When I’m not reading or writing, I’m usually talking someone’s ear off about baseball or hockey. One day I hope to speak all the languages so I can read all the books.
